Tyeisha Hodges is, first and foremost, a daughter of God. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Bowling Green State University. Her passion for science and education began early, leading her to work in the nonprofit sector, where she taught youth in Detroit about the environment, their impact on it, and its impact on them.
Tyeisha later transitioned into a leadership role with AT&T, which brought her to North Carolina. Despite success in the corporate world, she felt a strong calling back to the classroom and her love for teaching. Now entering her third year as a science teacher, Tyeisha brings energy, real-world experience, and a heart for students to every lesson.
