Alyssa Saunders proudly serves as the Assistant Principal at FCA, celebrating her tenth year as a cherished member of the school community in the 2024-2025 academic year. Alyssa completed her undergraduate studies at Guilford College, earning a bachelor’s degree before pursuing her passion for education further.
She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and Teacher Leadership with a specialization in online learning platforms from Liberty University, reflecting her commitment to innovative educational practices. Alongside her professional achievements, Alyssa finds fulfillment in her role as a wife to Patrick and a mother to their two energetic sons, Grayson and Spencer.
At FCA, Alyssa is dedicated to fostering both academic excellence and spiritual growth in students, guiding them toward achieving their aspirations for the future. She values the opportunity to contribute to the holistic development of each student, empowering them to succeed academically and thrive spiritually.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Alyssa enjoys spending quality time with her family, embracing the joys and challenges that come with parenthood.
