Rachel Andrews is the Assistant Principal for Kindergarten through 6th Grade at Faith Christian Academy. Formerly the 5th and 6th grade Math and Science teacher, Rachel has made a meaningful transition from the classroom into leadership, where she continues to impact students’ academic and spiritual growth.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in accounting, Rachel began her professional journey in the business world before discovering her true calling in elementary education. Since joining Faith Christian Academy, she has become a passionate advocate for student success, known for her dedication, warmth, and strong leadership.
Rachel finds deep joy in watching students thrive both intellectually and spiritually. Her approach is rooted in building strong relationships, fostering a supportive learning environment, and encouraging a love for learning across all grade levels.
Outside of school, Rachel enjoys outdoor adventures with her family, reading, and volunteering in the nursery at her church. Her commitment to nurturing young minds and hearts extends beyond the classroom, reflecting her deep faith and love for serving others.
As she steps into this new leadership role, Rachel is excited to continue supporting students, families, and teachers throughout the elementary program, helping shape a Christ-centered environment where every child can flourish.
