Carmen Bullard

Carmen is the principal at FCA. She received her Masters of Education degree from the American College of Education. She is an alumni of Gardner-Webb University.  Shaping hearts and minds for Christ through excellent education is her passion.  She enjoys seeing the growth that comes from providing an individualized learning environment.  She is married to Marchael and they have three children Elisha, Joy Catherine and Joshua.
