Heather is a dedicated and experienced educator, holding a bachelor’s degree in Special Education K–12 from Appalachian State University and a master’s degree from UNC Greensboro.
With a strong commitment to meeting students where they are, Heather believes in fostering growth through encouragement, consistency, and meaningful relationships. Her passion lies in helping students discover and reach their full potential, both academically and personally.
In her new role at FCA, Heather will explore scientific principles through a biblical lens, encouraging students to see the natural world as a reflection of God’s intentional design. Her holistic approach to teaching nurtures the whole student, supporting academic, emotional, and spiritual development.
